What?

In order to bring the maximum benefit to customers, Macximise offers a six-month or annual contract which is designed to ensure the regular contact necessary to build an understanding of each individual users' experience, expertise and preferred ways of working, as well as Macximise' knowledge of the organisation and its business needs.

The support will of course include FileMaker, MYOB and most common business applications on Mac or Windows and also the operating system on Macintosh only.

Quarterly site visits are tailored to solve then current problems and are complemented by the unlimited telephone help also included in the User Support Contract.

Why?

Many Mac users have expressed concern at the inadequacy of application support available from dealers and software companies.

In general, they feel badly let down and very much on their own.

MACximise is dedicated to filling this gap by providing the support personal computer users want and need.

Regular visits provide a pro-active service, maintaining system performance and anti-virus software and providing on-going and relevant enhancement of the users expertise in the work environment.

Independent Advice

Independent advice you can trust on any Mac related subjects including hardware, software, database design, Accounting Software, Mac integration with other systems, networking, Internet and information exchange with other systems.
